Write in

Use the form for the site. Use official pages for the trip.

If a hub is unclear, a region is missing, or you need to reach the people who maintain weekendtrips.com.au, send a message. For bookings, alerts, hours and crossings, go to the official tourism or parks page named on the relevant hub.

Two days is short — check live pages before you rely on a reply

If you are packing the car this afternoon, this page is not the one that will save the weekend. Open the hub for your capital, then the official destination or parks link for the region you chose, then the Bureau of Meteorology. Those three tabs are the working set.

If you are here because a page on this site should be clearer, because a region is missing from a hub, or because you need to send an editorial note, the form is the right tool. It goes to the maintainers of weekendtrips.com.au. It does not go to a tourism board, a parks ranger, or a ferry office.

What we can and cannot answer

We can look at a sentence on a hub, a missing official link, or a planning step that seems out of order. We can explain what the site is for, which is also on about.

We cannot hold a table, confirm a track is open, quote a price, or tell you that a crossing will run on Sunday. Those answers belong on official pages that change. If your message is really a trip question, you will still be sent back to those pages, because they are the ones with the authority.

Official doors, by purpose

Keep this list next to the form so the form stays for the site:

If you are in actual difficulty on a track or a road, use emergency services, not an editorial form.

How to write a useful message

Name the capital and the region if you have them. Quote the page path if the note is about a sentence. If you think a region belongs on a hub, say which official tourism page already treats it as a short break from that city. That is the standard the hubs already use.

Do not send payment information. Do not send documents you would not want stored with a message. The privacy page explains that the form is handled by a third-party submission service.

The form sits below. It asks for a name, an email address, an optional capital, and a message. Send it once. If you are leaving this afternoon, make the official checks anyway; a reply is not part of a two-day timetable.

If you are writing because a weekend went wrong, include only what helps a page improve: the capital, the region, and which official link was missing or unclear. Leave out personal travel stories that name businesses, and leave out anything you would not want stored with an email. The site will still send you back to parks and weather pages when safety is the real issue, because that is the honest doorway.

Questions

Direct answers

What should I use this form for?

Questions and corrections about the city hubs, the planning guide, or how the site frames a region. It is not a concierge and it cannot book a stay or a ferry.

Where do I get live trip information?

From the official tourism and parks links on each hub, and from the Bureau of Meteorology for weather. Those pages change; a message here cannot replace them.

Do you take advertising enquiries?

Use the form and say so in the message. Do not expect a marketplace listing; the public pages do not sell operators.

Is there a phone number?

No. Email through the form is the contact method on this site.

Next step

Shape the two days before you leave.

A weekend away holds together when you pick one region, confirm park and weather notices, and leave Sunday with room to get home.
